It's great that every girl in this project is a strong character in some way, even if they are physically weaker than other regions.

Rhineland-Palatine (Loreley, the sorceress)->Helgoland ( smuggler)->the saxoian part of Saxony-Anhalt (Witch) -> Saarland (weak but manipulative) -> Bavaria (physically strong and rich)-> Saxony (stubborn and tenacious)-> Hamburg (die geile Sau pirate).

saarland is wearing a different uniform because she's younger than the rest, soI thought she's may be still in middle school while the rest is already in highschool.
that red panties...it seems like it's not only a tradition in Italy but also in France to give red underwear as a present on christmas/new year, perhaps one of the départements close to the german border or even Francis himjself gave them to her.


EDIT: I got corrected: it's still not clarified if saxony is a girl or a guy. ÖAÖ"
I still think he/she/it would make a really cute girl though.
