the thought was for this comic was, that everyone has their assumption what the other is thinking about them and sometimes they think the other is thinking bad of them. In some cases it needs the help of someone who isn't used to certain stereotypes, like a child, to break the silence between two people, so that they find out that the other isn't as hostile to them as they thought.

On the dress of the little girl is written "Prinzessin Lillifee", which is a german brand for girls, the name means "princess fairy Lilli".
